However Thermo Fisher does have a fair bit of experience working with Silicon Nitride and seems to be doing more research. For.example the following work pertains to SiNi films and PECVD (Plasma Enhanced Chemical Vapor Deposition).
Thermo fisher also sells alpha-Si3N4 powder, so its a potential supplier as well. All loose, nothing solid enough for me. Ill keep searching However.
