it was a targeted trade that bypassed a long's bid @ 015c
targeted trades on PTOI are not unusual .. they happen almost daily *imo*
what was .. was the *size* of that targeted trade (last size somewhat comparable
was done on PTOI on 1.29.19 .. the day PTOI saw 1M~ in volume and a massive
number % wise of hidden trades go off) .. equally unusual is the FACT that PTOI
rarely has any trade .. let alone one of size .. be marked by NON RETAIL as short exempt

i can understand NRs' angst .. but then NR rarely disappoints .. ;)

and note yet again the aversion to the ? as to why NR would be engendering *volume* on PTOI .. this Q
