the promised aumc stock distribution in the first quarter of 2019 did not happen. john menzies after meeting with goodin and maurizio at the prospectors convention in toronto in early march said the stock would be distributed shortly again, didnt happen.
the december 31 year end filings due march 31 2019 are now delayed yet again for both mdmn and aumc
mdmn remains in default since october 31 2018 in the state of nevada
have goodin and maurizio once followed thro with their many promises????
