I've been putting bids out there but there hasn't been much in the way of sellers. Someone scooped up a million shares @ .002 when they were put up (not me). It will probably take a few years for the little beast to turn upward ... but I do think this is the bottom.

I think the CEO has honed this to the bone and profitable stations remain. Hopefully the junk business doesn't turn out to be loser.

It seems to me very possible this can move 10X higher than its current price over 10 years... so I consider it a worthy speculation. This isn't for "get rich quick" penny flippers... they're desperadoes that have to make their money NOW, and generally lack both the capital and patience for these types.
