10Q looks very good. Net assets increased by $2 million. Net asset value per share is $.04. AMEP is currently trading below the NAV, leaving plenty of room for SP growth.

Zero bank loan debt.

Investee PRI made more than expenses from oil production for the first time ...nice!

Thankfully no bad news.

BDC will be voted out, no doubt about that, and it will be a very good move for the shareholders. That will allow AMEP to show the collective oil and gas revenues earned by the wholly owned investees, which it cannot do curerntly under the BDC rules.
