Further, HC WAINWRIGHT the Underwriter for the October 3rd Secondary Offering must have seen convincing evidence of PHIO value in order to SELL $15 MILLION of PHIO to its Investors.
Also, several PHIO STAFF have relationships with Merck, J&J, GlaxoSmithKline and other Big Pharmaceutical companies. It is a logical assumption that a IO Partnership with a BIG PHARMA like MERCK, GLAXO or J&J will eventually happen.
