It’s open to anyone ...and prolly warrants/options as well to protect the downfall in SP later on ...using these funds is to build prototypes. Imagine what will be needed to build production units ....bagillion of shares, unless one believe this is going to .50-$1.00 and sustain there with billion shares out...... basically, keep dreaming. Take the money on the next pumpasitto and move on is the deal here, everyone knows it
