Certainly.

The fact that nasdaq has not green lighted CVSI gives potential money managers pause.

For example,
My gf has a lot of money at Wells Fargo and her money manager is also a lawyer and he won’t touch Cvsi with her money, even though her PCP rec CBD(strongly) and even said THC is fine if she wants(she doesn’t).

Institutions have by laws for investing rules.

They have no choice
