All experienced traders read the filings, and they don't ignore the blatant facts they will be faced with if they throw away money on this diluted pig.

Look at the daily chart. It's an obvious diluted mess that any experienced trader can see. All Grimm's dilution on all buy orders drove the price to the bottom.

When July comes and all those new shares become available to dilute, the price will drop even further down.
