i bought quite a bit of stock today
seems like the dump , took place , at the end of the day and the end of the 1 st quarter..historically end of q days there is thoughts and reevaluation of positions
the losers get dumped at fire sale prices , and the winners get more sponsorship

here is my take

they r doing REG A , which has restrictions for 6 months , so the sale pressure , when and if it comes , is taking a vacation , for six months on this dilution..time enough to see if MAX delivers THIS TIME

here is what i am surmise
, after having done business w big elephants
NO WAY they do business w SRMX..too weak financially..however TRI CASCADE is private and probably financially solvent..all TRI would have to put up 50-100 thousand , to win T MOBILE trust , and be unencumbered by history , or personalities

seems like a great risk reward play
