Maza was not a small fish here. He was not just a lawyer. He was CEO of Immune Pharmaceuticals inc. He had the complete autonomy to do everything that he did in past. The fact that he was involved with a penny stock for which he was being investigated for similar actions. He was going to do Spin Off and then it was terminated and then he supposedly offered asset to potential buyers which I don’t believe for one moment. All his actions should be put under huge scrutiny. He is a liar and now a cook. Actually he settled because they did find wrong doing.
