What would "the buyer" be buying exactly? They don't own any films. They don't have anything tangible.
They had an idea in 2012 and now in 2019 they have been lapped by the field several times. They are 2 guys in a small office with outdated iMacs, folgers coffee and a little dog. Not sure why they can't just focus on one thing and do it right?
