I’m quite concerned about why the company has decided to not inform shareholders about Elliot Maza and his conviction. The fact that this guy was our ceo and brought us through a spin off that never concluded makes me question his intentions. The fact that he was involved in the so called sale process for Cytovia is also questionable. This guy is now accountable for all those actions. Why hasn’t Tony or the current board speaking about this. It’s their duty. The fact that we are in bankruptcy because of mismanagement. The fact that the share price dropped down to nothing while in his tenure should speak volumes. I think the SEC should be brought in here. I have contact the company and have said that it is their responsibility to say something. Their liability and accountability has just shot through the roof because of this Maza sentence. I think Teper should now be put on the SEC chopping block.
