NDA can't possibly prevent him from stating the cash position of CMGO on the filings. If he files quarterly or annual reports they must contain cash assets.
Another point i have voiced here last month is this:
What can possibly make Glenn sign an NDA? He does not have to sign it unless there is an incentive is there for him. My suspicion he got extra settlement money for this NDA.
