It would have to be a grow contract with farmers or farm co-op because if you tried to just rent that kind of acreage at $200 average per acre it would cost you $100 million just in land rental per year. And that is before you plant anything. They would need a massive investment in tissue cloning facilities to provide the number of clones to populate that kind of acreage. or a source for seed to be planted at a rate of 25 to 40 pounds per acre.
