Yes, I definitely agree that a handful of the board members probably panicked and sold out, adding to the downward spiral to .0002 ! - Funny how loyalty ends when panic begins!
Actually, without a Chrystal Ball, it's impossible to predict what will happen here!
My best guess is that Orie needs, and will find a way to get the stock price back up and trading around .001, pryer to the RS. He needs the stock price trading above the Public offering price, after the RS and the only way that will happen is to have it trading close to .001 at the time of the RS. This is one of my main reasons for buying now, on the dip! - I picked up a little on the way down at .0003, more at .0002 and have bids at .0002 & .0001.
The Bottom Line - I Like This Company:
So, either way - Split or No Split - I am happy to ride this out and see what happens!
