Does Ronin Capital Management have all shareholders best interest? Lots of shady trading going on and would Ronin ...should Ronin be suspect of nefarious trading ?

Looking at their past, Ronin may have voted in BOD members that do not have shareholders best interest

7. During the approximate period from on or about September 1, 2011 through on or about July 31, 2012, Schaer entered numerous end-of-day option orders in various option series of AAPL which unduly changed the last reported bids and/or offers that did not reflect the true state of the market in the AAPL option class. As a result of the above last reported bids and/or offers, the prices and values of numerous market quotations in various AAPL option series were improperly impacted and the net liquidating equity in Schaerâ??s account was improperly increased.

8. During the approximate period from on or about September 1, 2011 through on or about July 31, 2012, Ronin failed to adequately supervise the trading activities of Schaer as described in Paragraph 7 above. In addition, Ronin failed to maintain adequate supervisory procedures and controls reasonably designed to achieve compliance with applicable securities laws, regulations and/or CBOE rules as they relate to the conduct described in Paragraph 7 above.

One of their nominees Joel McComb sells at high point where the trading by Ronin may have been foreknown.... Very shady bunch

How can we file a complaint against these guys with the SEC?
