Wow, two choices, one or the other, and you think CELZ insiders are dumping shares through the MM’s? That’s where you and I (longs) have a huge disconnect. I cannot think of ANY reason why CELZ insiders would be selling. They must be as anxious to see the stock move back up as anyone. They are businessmen, doctors and scientists and don’t need to dump shares for cash. Zero reason why the insiders would be selling.
And where would big pharma get all these shares to dump to keep the PPS down? Do I think big pharma has a dog in the fight. You bet I do. They could be working a few angles here. I would be shocked if they weren’t.
I think, and I could be wrong, you are missing the obvious answers. Right in the many filings, in black and white, CELZ openly disclosed that they issued several notes and warrants to pay for all that they doing to commercialize their business. Each are convertible after a time period.
One note is horrible. Way too many shares and way to little cash. It was flat out ugly.
The newer notes are better, have leak out clauses etc. but are still notes and warrants none the less. Anyone can do the math that if ALL were converted the OS could reach 1.2B or so. It’s not bizarre behavior at all.
It is my belief that the note holders are the most likely cause of the selling. Proof of that is that the OS goes up each month. I believe, and CELZ seems to know, that those notes will end soon enough and be offset by revenue making then self sufficient.
The other place we have a huge disconnect is that I can point out 10 things gleaned out of PR’s and or doctors offices that are up and running and even advertising and you will say some things just cannot be verified and are suspect, then jump to CELZ is clearly borderline illegitimate because they refuse to address the trading.
Why so extreme? Why cannot you admit they have done a ton of things, have so much going on and are very legitimate. Why is it all suspect just because the PPS blows. If we stayed at .05 would you be happy and say CELZ is legit?
I think it is crystal clear that on most days there are more notes clearing than there is buying. We need new blood. New eyes. Tons of folks are watching. Waiting for that right day. Will it be when the 10k is out? Nit likely. Will it be when Q1 comes out, or bigger news in between. Probably.
