Here is my question. If they have impending merger or buyout, does it matter if they are NASDAQ or OTC? If not, let it go OTC.

If it does matter, why? Selling it to “buyers” shareholders? And if it is important for sell to buyers SH, why doesn’t buyer kick in to keep this thing afloat while pending items are being buttoned up?

Serious questions. Not intended to put negative or positive spin on anything.
