Not a fan of the Rs but...
1. Made it easier for people with large amounts of shares to sell
2. Extremely low float ( can rocket very easy)
3. Gets rid of micro otc penny stock flippers
4. Shorts have to be more worried about covering
5. Stock will move on news now
6. Not going to be stagnate
7. EPS on earnings will look better
8. In the dollar range you have more quality investors
9. Investment bankers will now touch dsgt with the o/s cleaned up. Just need the rest of the debt cleaned up.

I think the company has a plan and it was needed to make the company presentable to more opportunities. Yes we lost a lot of leverage and my high PPS target is gone, but I’m still hopeful of seeing 20m market cap one day puts the Sp at $30.
