• 20% equity - requirement estimated at $15 to $20 million (MMEX has contributed $5 million to date)

• Options include: direct investment in the project LLC with MMEX retaining an equity ownership or
investment into MMEX to fund project equity.

Revenues for MMEX will be in the $100s of millions of dollars annually because...
