Really cant figure out why sp is where it is and why it keeps getting dragged down

The price of vanadium continues in a free fall, it's down 13% in March and 55% from the November highs.

First quarter results will probably be viewed as a disappointment due to the planned shutdown, there was no production for 13 days during the shutdown.

Read my prior posts, my opinion is that the time to buy will be after the 1Q results are announced. I have less than a 20% position and will add aggressively after 1Q results.
