yeh i don't expect immediate reactions as this still requires additional votes before it becomes law. but it's a hell of a step in the right direction. congressional committee approval was overwhelming @ 45 to 15, bi-partisan support is expected going forward.

the "Golden Rule" = he who has the gold (banks), makes the rules (new legislation)
