I've never seen this of high numbers numbers attempting to limit a "fantasy" before...that being said:

STAY is in place, has been for many Months.
straight up bankruptcy or liquidation does not take this long, does not include SEALED CONFIDENTIAL DOCUMENTS, and would be done in court by now.

Something is definitely brewing, its proven in the complexity and the flexing of opinions. Smart minds do not waste valuable time to prove insignificant dilemmas wrong.
