The real facts are they have done more installs than some people think they have. 1 person even wrongfully said 0 which was easily able to be disputed. They have builders lined up wanting their product. They realized they can't do it all and grow as fast as they would like so they are seeking other alternatives which could be a merger or buyout to help expand and get these shingles on as many houses as possible. They have previously partnered with Sunrun. So could be a potential deal there. Tesla is a conpetitor and the company Tesla bought is not delivering nor are Teslas shingles... so it is possible Tesla would want to change face. Cant wait to see the numbers! Should be out by next week!
