Lets be very clear about the law. It is not illegal for a small company to purchase HD engines for use in their custom bikes. Also, there's not much HD can do about it except raise the price to prohibit the sales. Any idiot claiming the company will be breaking the law needs to go back to school.

Rather than bashing a new company before their business plan is announced, why not allow them some time to get started. Maybe they have a good plan and will make some money. The stock is not running anywhere soon. The r/s will keep the price in check. There's no reason for the bashers to be so worried.
