In May of 2018 Kojtech / Kejie Analytical Instrument held a press conference with 3 other companies to announce they were working to get listed on the US Stock Exchange. To do this they enlisted World Financial Holding Group $WFHG who also attended the event.

World Financial Holding Group from Shanghai specializes in assisting companies overseas find Shell Tickers in the OTC to get listed on US Stock Exchanges. Listing through OTC Shells is a quicker and cheaper way to move into the US Markets.

Then in June $WFHG held a financial conference with numerous companies on listing in the US. Kejie Analytical Instrument CEO was in attendance and on June 22nd Kojtech was registered by Brian Kistler with the Indiana SOS. (Brian Kistler works with WFHG to find the ticker shells, clean them up, catch up on filings, register new ticker symbol with FINRA etc..)

On the WFHG website you can find a timeline of the listing process. From signing up, to finding shell, changing ticker name etc..
Notice at 6 months the stock ticker is changed, company name changed, filings caught up. June 22nd was the start of the process and we are now almost 6 months to the day.
