Ram needs to start mentioning the cash they have on hand.

We re-gained our listing status

You can tell by the volume that this isn't retail buying.

What I think is happening is that larger institutions are buying shares directly from all the retail that own them in the .30's and .40's

This is why the share are trading sideways, as consolidation continues.

The next time IGC pops into the high $2's, depending on the type of news driving it, that would be a decent time to average into a position
