Blatant, Widespread Stock Manipulation Enabled by Illegal, Naked Shorting

I've posted his arguments about naked shorting several years ago which many felt was happening to Spectrum at that time. I still feel a lot of those naked shorts are out there. Unless a company goes bankrupt or pays a dividend there's no reason to get rid of them. Anyhoozle, this is a part one of a series on the subject if you're interested.
