The only thing is see as a possibility for a suit would be after Ed's suit is wrapped up:

If Ed finds something that goes back before the bk that is big enough to award a larger amount than the debt (highly unlikely) the shareholders should be entitled to a share of it.

If it is discovered that Ed's actions alone destroyed the company, then sue Ed if one thinks he has enough assets to be worth going after, which is also highly unlikely....
