If you know anything what happened back in July 2017, you will know what went wrong with this company since then.

It all relates to lawsuit filed by SEC against third party that sold unregistered shares and raked in millions. This was one of the companies involved in that scam.

Lookup SEC VS KNOX ET AL - Still court proceedings are running.

So this basically is ROUND 2 of that.

I'm wondering if Ponzetta was also involved somehow in that scam. But I think they cannot gather evidence against him in connection.
