Cost averaging down - a good way to gain cents and lose dollars. Spend more dollars to lower pps - great strategy - but questionable on a stock with a history (at least 3 years) of dropping the ball while being pumped and dumped in three different realms of industry. It's a cloud without rain for me - good luck. Maybe the 4th time is the charm and I'll lose, but I'll be out at even for me - if it ever sees daylight again. It's not the only egg in my basket.
