This whole thing is pathetic and sad, why they even waste time with 8-ks, PRs or even financials since all the CEO does is sell shares anyways, makes no sense, maybe they are doing just enough compliance to not get shut down by SEC to dump as many shares as possible, why don’t they just dump them all at once and then CEO can just retire now, it’s gonna happen anyways, why the slow death? Trying to sucker in as many bagholders as possible? I just bought at 6 and sadly I’m a bagholder :(
