I just searched Joseph Arcaro on Navada SOS looks like he doesnt have many shells left to sell. The ones he has that he took over still trading under his name on tied to him some way are trading much higher than BIPH

Many have more shares outstanding and are trading in the $1-5 range a few between .03-.50

Wonder if he has a buyer lined up.

IMO I think some old bag holders are dumping because they can. They have no idea what could come next.
