Shares are currently trading. That is a fact.

Theories of share cancellation claiming FINRA will cancel shares any day is very inaccurate. BIOAQ is in a STAY process, FINRA would not cancel shares until courts have confirmed a decision on the process.

A STAY would never have been granted if this was a simple liquidation.
STAYS are granted to figure out complicated processes involving mergers, buyouts, restructuring etc.

IF the company was dissolved, Bankrupt, liquidated. Process would be over by now plain and simple.

Let's not make this complicating.
