Were moving in that direction and yes the Farm Bill will help with States where hemp and CBD was still illegal. So now hemp and cbd ( Cannabis Sativa ) is now legal federally but wait Cannabis Sativa and all cannabis now labeled Marijuana or Medical MJ is still subject to Controlled Substance Act and in the same category as Heroin. So glad that is all cleared up? Here in Oregon you still get piss tested for cannabis and can be fired for it in your blood stream. Even if you smoked it a week ago.
