Hell, just Sundance Gardens alone would be worth more than .60 cents pps IMO, from what I've read, they are considered one of the better quality cultivators in Colorado, right up there with Veritas Farms.

Of course, they have many more things they are working on, in addition to Sundance Gardens. Once the name change and f/s takes effect, and they start finalizing some of these LOI's, this should be good from these prices.

I'm pretty confident this will go well above $1.00 post f/s.
