New projects announced

" (“Reliq” or the “Company”), a technology company that develops innovative mobile health (mHealth) solutions for the community-based healthcare market, is pleased to announce that it has signed paid pilot agreements with new clients in five states to conduct 30-90 day trials of Reliq’s iUGO Care remote patient monitoring, telemedicine and chronic care management platform.

“As part of our strategy to diversify our client base and expand our footprint in the US, we are pleased to announce that Reliq has signed paid pilot agreements with five new clients across five states,” said Dr. Lisa Crossley, CEO of Reliq Health Technologies, Inc. “Not only are we expanding into states where we have not previously had a presence, we are serving more diverse clinical populations. These pilots will use iUGO Care to improve health outcomes and reduce the cost of care for patients with a broad range of clinical conditions including COPD, sleep apnea, chronic wounds, diabetes, hypertension and congestive heart failure. Historically our value proposition in the US has centered around patients covered by Medicaid, a state-run program based on financial need. The changes CMS announced in 2019 for remote patient monitoring and telehealth reimbursement have substantially increased our total addressable market to include Medicare patients in all fifty states. We’re very excited to be working with new clients in Florida, Maryland, New Jersey, Montana and Illinois as well as our existing clients in Texas, Indiana, Canada and Australia.”

The paid pilots are expected to go live beginning in Q2, 2019. As part of the pilot agreements, each client has agreed to issue a joint news release with the Company as soon as their individual pilot goes live. The clients include a large employer health plan, the home health services division of a state-wide health system, a pulmonary medicine center, a home health agency that serves 11 counties and a community health system that includes an acute care hospital and several senior living communities.
