You should probably check out the SEC complaint link concerning NTEK provided near the top of this message board. The SEC is fully investigating NTEK right now and it looks pretty clear that NTEK was a scam and Foley was illegally funneling NTEK shares through two fake companies that he had his wife and an employee start up for him and several other scam helping companies. The investigation into NTEK is going full steam with Wells Notices being issued for Foley and his wife to appear in court. It sure doesn’t look like hollow negative speculation anymore. The truth behind NTEK will be out fully this summer. Check out the SEC link about what NTEK is being investigated for. It certainly is eye opening to anyone that reads it.
