Buyout deals are all based on a multiple of revenue, or a proof of concept that promises to generate revenue.

This will get scooped up between post FDA approval and during commercialization, once they’ve sold a few robots. If their first sales are successfully implemented in high profile hospitals...game over.

The longer the wait the higher the payout. I’ll probably take profits after FDA submission
