If the reason for the rs was to dilute, they wouldn't have done a 20,000:1 RS. That was done to reverse merge.

There is a RM board somewhere on Ihub that discusses the perfect RM and it says the best return is on a shell that has between 100k and 500k shares outstanding because it allows the profitable company room to step in and keep the share structure after RM at a healthy level.

That site discusses stocks that have 400,000% increases. I surely don't expect that kind of price improvement, but depending on the acquisition, I see huge potential.

If nothing happens at all, I am already out a bunch, the $800 is immaterial.
