The share structure is current and accurate because the Transfer Agent verified it with OTC Markets as of March 1, 2019.

The trading data is almost current and accurate because ASFX is still a valid stock ticker symbol that has traded about 1M shares this month. Seeking Alpha shows 300,000 for "today's volume". That's actually from March 19, 2019, the last time ASFX had any volume.

I would think the balance sheet info is from old financial reports (2011?), so I would ignore.
