I don't think they're trying to raise money. I think they're trying to raise awareness.

In any case, as soon as they get a deal, they will be able to get money on much more favorable terms than prior to any deal. So surely they'll be waiting to firm that up before seeking funds to manufacture. Not saying they don't/won't need cash. They'll need a lot. Just saying that it doesn't seem they'll have to get dilutive funding unless they can't get a deal this year. And it certainly seems they're on track for at least one deal this year.
