You are correct that Luther was assisting a pump-and-dump penny stock scam for another person (Eddie Vasker and whomever he was secretly working for). Furthermore, due to his being a wanted felon, Luther was knowingly committing another crime by posing as CEO of two public companies --PRPM and, after it was shut down by regulators, SUTI. Eddie Vakser knew damn well that your brother was a wanted felon. This apparently pre-dated his 2006 theft from the Family Dollar store he managed. I didn't join this forum until 2010 and it was a few years later that I first learned about your brother's involvement with Eddie. During that time Luther used 3 different usernames that I know of: machiavelli, Desert_Fox and machiavelli01. On 05/17/2017 Luther created a 2nd bogus account (a violation of IHub forum rules) named "Eddie Vakser" and began posting under that alias. In the month of August alone he made multiple posts about 3 of Eddie's companies while posing as Eddie. I noted the slight difference in usernames and reported it to IHub Admin. I also told them I suspected the culprit was Luther (then going by "machiavelli01"). They apparently did a quick comparison of the IP addresses to confirm and shut his "Eddie Vakser" account down within the hour.

(ps: any accusations of "death threats" Luther speaks of came from a mentally impaired kid with Asperger's syndrome that Eddie ripped off).

Despite his imprisonment your brother apparently chose to return to his old ways and to reconnect with his toxic associates like Eddie. I realize this provides no comfort to you and for that I'm sorry.
