Big news = big dilution like always Sara. Nearly 2 BILLION added to the O/S since January. Line the pockets of management and take a dump on shareholders repeatedly. This POS had a shot to run when the O/S was in the 1.7b range but now is super bloated with nothing but false promises and mass dilution.
