It's from a while ago, most likely a couple notes came due. Do you not see the stock drop from .50 cents to a penny in a 6 month time frame. Not only that, you can see OTCX just show up on the ask and selling large quantities of shares, not moving when the ask is hit(showing 10k but hiding 100s of thousands). He's not on the bid, which means he only has shares to sell- dilution in that quantity. Not saying IGNG won't run because I hope it does since I have exposure here. I think the market cap is still a little low for a reverse cannabis merger...etc. But this dilution and shares that most likely were converted at a much lower amount into millions of shares is the story of every penny runner.
