You forgot a couple of blood red flags:

DILUTION and
unchanged AS count of 1 BILLION

One could also throw in the fact that on a per lab basis that revenues (as we think we might possibly maybe could think they are) have gone down not up.

It's a bit of a wonder that the price is as high as it is....
