I think management doesn’t worry about the short-term share price. Insiders aren’t selling shares and the company has not issued any additional shares over the past couple years. This means the share price doesn’t benefit the company so short-term manipulation doesn’t matter. This might sound like a negative for short-term traders trying to flip for a profit. Long-term holders are the ones who will get the benefits.
