The higher exchanges don't matter right now and others are twisting the language barrier by misquoting and misinterpreting Kisa comments in PR's. That is my whole point. GIFA has to get current in OTC. Uplisting to higher exchanges is a possibility in the future, but I am not concerned about that right now.

If GIFA has all these subsidiaries as many here have claimed, that may explain why it has been so difficult for them to consolidate all their 2017 and 2018 financials to become current. They have also stated publically that they are coming.
