So I Am guessing the audit we are holding our breath for has been finished

The company in the past has a record of being late

So why would they not put the numbers out ....

As soon as they had the 2 years audited financials in hand .... I’m guessing they could have filed for the list for the 3rd time and they are waiting for that to pass
I do not know if that would become public record when the file

They could be having issues getting the audit done ..... such as not getting information back from letters they sent out to confirm issues about the audit

Any other idea why they are taking so long to get out information

I sure do hope we do not here about an extension that they file this week

My money is on the company
